Pharmacovigilance We are committed to provide the highest quality and reliability to those who choose our products

What’s Pharmacovigilance?

According to the World Health Organization: "It is the science which deals with collecting, supervising and assessing the information on the effects of drugs, biological products, medicinal plants and traditional medicines, with the purpose of identifying the information on new adverse reactions and preventing any damage to patients ".

Adverse reactions are defined as: "Any harmful unwanted effect which occurs at the doses used in humans for prophylaxis, diagnosis, therapy or modification of the physiological function ".

If you have any suspicion that any of our medicines has caused you any adverse reaction, please fill in the form. The information will be treated confidentially and no detail may be disclosed beyond business areas.

As part of our responsibility for enhancing the safety of the products we manufacture, we have decided to make this Pharmacovigilance section available to all interested people (patients, institutions, health care professionals, etc.).
